Saturday Meditation Series
Details
Since the Wednesday time can be tricky for folks who work 9-5, we're trying a series of Saturday morning meditations at the library! If attendance is good, we're going to try and continue them. As always, these meditations are free, drop-in and good for any level of meditator. You don't need to bring work out clothes or a yoga mat - these are all about connecting to the peaceful kundalini energy inside you. There's always snacks and a chance to chat and ask questions after the class, so it's a nice social connection too. Please feel free to drop by, and bring a friend!
