If you’ve never been to a Meetup like this before, you’re not alone.

Most men who show up for the first time aren’t sure what to expect—they just know something in their life could be better.

Maybe you’re:

• Feeling stuck or plateaued
• Carrying more than you’re talking about
• Looking for stronger direction or accountability
• Wanting to lead better at home, at work, or in your community

You don’t need to have it all figured out. You just need to show up.

WHAT THIS IS (AND WHAT IT ISN’T)
This is a structured monthly men’s meeting focused on growth, accountability, and leadership.

• It’s not therapy
• It’s not a networking event
• It’s not a lecture

It’s a fire circle of men committed to pushing themselves—and each other—to a higher standard.

• A confidential environment—what’s shared stays here
• Direct, honest conversation—no posturing, no judgment
• A group of ~40 men who take this seriously

You’re welcome to participate as much or as little as you’re comfortable with your first time.

We are a team of men that help each other become more mature, reliable, loving and successful men, and also better members and leaders of our community, families, friends and co-workers. Our members are of diverse backgrounds and experiences, and we welcome visitors to join us.

Our weekly in-person meetings are a safe space where we show up, "masks down" and “hearts open.” All conversations and activities are held in the strictest confidence, but we take what we've learned beyond our circle and out into the real world.

We are part of the International non-profit organization: Mentor, Discover, and Inspire – which is dedicated to empowering men by providing them with the tools to succeed in all areas of their lives.
