In this Maker Hour, Zoot creator Daniel Ozick will teach you how to play the Zoot—no music background required! By the end of the event, we’ll record a song together.

HOW TO REGISTER
This event will be held in-person at a private residence, so there are limited spots. Register at this Google Form: https://forms.gle/Tciq8YMEpixRJs3YAWe’ll share the address with confirmed attendees. If we hit our space limit, we’ll let you know if you’re on the waitlist.
WHAT TO BRING
- A MacBook, iPad, or iPhone: The Zoot software runs on Apple devices. For this event, it will also be the speaker for the Zoot. (If you don’t have an Apple device, the host may be able to help.)
- Maker Hour: Real-time audio programming hack & hangBrookline Public Library, Brookline, MA
At this Maker Hour, meet and co-work with other community members who are building real-time audio programming projects.
Bring your laptop and any projects you're working on related to DSP (Digital Signal Processing), native/web audio, plugins (VST, etc.), and UI/UX for these tools.

We’ll have a conference room in-person at the Brookline Village library. (NOTE: This is NOT our usual Coolidge Corner location.)
