Looking for a gentle, supportive space to learn about nutrition without the pressure to be perfect? This group is for you. We’re a Boston-based community exploring whole food, plant-based eating, accessible wellness, and self-care—especially for folks who’ve felt left out of typical health spaces.
Led by a certified health coach with lived experience navigating food deserts, neurodivergence, and a non-traditional path to wellness, our meetups focus on real-life nutrition, not quick fixes or diet culture. Whether you’re just curious or already plant-based, you’re welcome here.
