Come and integrate your experiences in community with heart-opening cacao and Breathwork!

Suggestion: Come with an intention.
For your comfort, bring a yoga mat, blanket, eye mask and pillow. All optional.
We will start with an intentional cacao ceremony and sink into a breathwork session that can be as gentle or as deep/intense as feel comfortable. All experience levels welcome!
Both cacao and breathwork promote introspection and emotional release, creating a synergistic effect. Together these practices can create a sacred space for exploration, leading to profound healing, clarity, and self-discovery and relaxation.

Come and meet other like minded people, have an experience, and then stay for a sharing circle afterwards.
