From the organizer:
Buckle up, time travelers — it's going to get weird.
Join physicist Alan Guth and philosopher Agustín Rayo for a mind-bending conversation on the science (and paradoxes) of time travel. Then, fast-forward—or rewind—through a series of hands-on experiences that will bend your perception of now.
Enjoy a time travel happy hour with ultrasonic-aged drinks, catch a glimpse of your future self in a creative maker activity, and journey into the past to see how earlier generations imagined what was ahead.
End the night with a performance by Violet Nox, featuring a butoh dance by Sara June and live-code generative art by Justin Looper, whose cosmic soundscapes will carry you through the space-time continuum.
DJ sets by Ana Roman. Delicious dumplings from Mei Mei and tasty drinks from Momma’s Grocery + Wine available for purchase.
