Marc Savatsky is a Boston-based developer and licensed contractor with extensive experience in financial modeling, managing project permitting and entitlements, contractor selection, contract negotiation, and value engineering.⁠

He is the Director of Development at New Boston Ventures where he has managed over $160MM in new residential development.⁠
