Boston Real Estate Guild Meeting

Hello Everyone,

This meetup will take place @ Tony C's in Somerville. I'm really excited about the two speakers we have coming.

We have Dean Huston, a full time real estate investor who will share his process of sub metering for his properties. He will outline the process and how he has successfully billed out over $150,000.00 in water bills in his career.

Also, we have Manny Matias from Matias Enterprises, who will share one of their most recent projects and how they are finding their deals, running the numbers, and sourcing the right vendors for their contractors.

Please note, in order to reserve a room for the meeting we had to book a private room. It will cost $10.00 per attendee but that includes food and possibly a drink ticket (still working out details)
