Boston Shibas 5 Year Anniversary Meet-up

Hey Boston Shiba Members, Our 5 year anniversary meet up is coming up on July 22nd, at the same spot we had our first meet up 5 years ago! Since starting this group, it has been an honor to get to know each and every one of you. Its amazing to see you all care for this breed so much. I love seeing many of you getting engaged, married, having babies! A lot of amazing things for this group has happened in the past 5 years! I wanted to say thank you all for keeping this group alive and growing with me! Extra special thanks to Joshua Lakin who stepped in as my assistant coordinator. At first it was 12 Shibas, now were at over 600 between the Facebook group and the Meetup.com/bostonshibas page! I am making a special gift bag for each Shiba that attends. The meet up is free of course and feel free to bring ANY dog you have at home. Stodders Neck Dog Park is open and at first you may be nervous with the size of the park, however many people took their Shibas off leash and they all traveled like a pack and it was really sweet to see. You don't have to let your dog off leash. it will be 87 degrees and sunny. Bring water for your dog! There are plenty of shade areas and the dogs can stay cool on the grass as well. Bring water for your dog. the park has a few but they are not the best. Hope to see you all there!
