Sauvignon Blanc Wine Dinner

Update: As per my original post, I made a reservation for May 2, 2026 based on the responses received through 4/25/26. The reservation is made for six—please see my comment below. If you are not part of the original six, you are on the waitlist. If someone drops out, you then slide in.

Troquet has a great deal for a wine dinner. Please see the details below. Please let me know if you are interested by Friday, April 24, 2026, and I shall make a group reservation for Saturday, May 2, 2026 at 6 PM. The Derby will be playing on the TVs at the bar, so we won't miss it.

International Sauvignon Blanc Day is May 1! Troquet on South will host Sauvignon Blanc Dinners during this weekend. Tastings are led by Chris Campbell (Troquet owner and sommelier) and Olga Kiseleva. Each guest will enjoy six glasses of Sauvignon Blanc, sourced from different global regions, including New Zealand, Bordeaux, and Sancerre. Chef Aaron Lhamon will prepare a four-course dinner menu with a choice of options, including Ricotta Salad, Lemon Risotto, and a Cheese Tasting. Tickets are $125 per person all-inclusive, and reservations are highly recommended.
