This is a group for anyone interested in leading UX/ UI, product design, user researcher, and interaction design teams. We are a community of practice where we help product designers advance their careers and improve their team's efficacy. I started this group to help other UX managers and leads develop leadership skills and share their experience in a supportive and inclusive hands-on workshop environment.
