Summer Solstice Tasting Dinner

This is not an official meetup event, but information for the veggie community.

Nüssli118° invites you to their plant-based Summer Celebration dinner!

Nussli118 will craft a delicious and creative tasting menu in their raw vegan kitchen, each dish inspired by the flavors from around the world, with optional organic wines by the glass or a mocktail pairing.

The menu is entirely plant-based, organic, vegan, gluten-free, soy-free and locally-sourced when possible. All nuts used are activated and/or sprouted in-house.

Mini Dessert Bites: Fig and walnut cake with balsamic drizzle, Crisp matcha almond cookie dipped in dark chocolate, and Pistachio and raspberry ganache truffle.
