Watertown Public Library, Room: Lucia Mastrangelo Meeting Room
Description:
This event is run though the Boston Virtual Reality Meetup Group. This month, learn how to rig and animate a jumping frog! "Rigging" involves adding virtual bones to a model to deform it. Erik Nelson will show us how to create a simple model of a jumping frog named "Rigoberto Ribbito." He will then show us how to rig it using a bone armature. Finally, he will show us how to animate it jumping around using keyframe animation.
Erik Nelson is a six-year veteran in Blender 3D.
After the demo, people will have a chance to develop the project on their own, collaborate and network.
For those participating who are new to the world of Blender please-
