Our walk will follow the Salem Heritage Trail: yellow-lined urban trail connecting historic sites, including the waterfront. Lunch and beverage options available along the way
To meet; in front of the Witch house, 310 Essex Street.
Time to meet: 11:00 -11:15 am.

I acknowledge awareness of the risks, foreseen and unforeseen, which are inherent in each event/activity. These inherent risks include, but are not limited to, serious personal injury, property damage, and death from participation in or travel to and from the event.
The event host does not, in any way, claim to be professionals or otherwise licensed, certified, trained, etc. to provide any service including emergency medical procedures.
AS A CONDITION OF ATTENDING and JOINING THIS MEETUP, I AGREE to WAIVE, DISCHARGE CLAIMS, AND RELEASE FROM LIABILITY its organizers, co-organizers, assistant organizers, trip leaders and event planners, as well as their families from any and all liability on account of, or in any way resulting from injuries, personal or property, losses, costs, damages, disability or death resulting from participating in or traveling to or from the activity. Kayaking, camping, hiking, bicycling, and other activities pose inherent risks and dangers. It is further understood and agreed that this ACCIDENT WAIVER and RELEASE OF LIABILITY is to be binding on my heirs and assigns. This ACCIDENT WAIVER AND RELEASE OF LIABILITY shall be construed broadly and applied to the maximum extent permissible by law. Participation in these activities is voluntary and dependent upon your own personal judgment. The organizers and event hosts in this group are not trained leaders or instructors. The organizers only set the time and place. Each person participating in any group event is responsible for their own safety.
