Developer Theme Framework Roundup

In this talk we'll share and discuss some of the more popular developer oriented theme frameworks. These aren't your Thesis or Elegant Theme "frameworks". These frameworks are stripped down to the bone; encourage rapid prototyping, good code reuse and a logical file structure.

The first half of this talk will go over some of the more popular dev theme frameworks and the last half will be an open discussion about the WordPress developer toolset.
