Knowledge Graphs

The topic of knowledge graphs came up often in 2025. What are they, and how can technical writers use them? Let's learn from an expert! Ramji Chandrasekaran, the Director of Applied Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence at GoDaddy, will join us for this meetup.

In the first half of the meetup, Ramji will provide a broad overview of knowledge graphs, their interplay with RAG, and how they can help optimize the documentation environment.

In the second half of the meetup, we’ll have our usual time for discussion. Here are a few questions to get us started:

• What sorts of documentation are best served by the use of knowledge graphs?
• What sorts of tools are available for creating and using knowledge graphs (e.g., Graph RAGs)?
• What documentation goals can be achieved using knowledge graphs?
