NEW YEARS EVE Volunteering at Community Servings

Let’s end the year right with a volunteer shift at Community Servings!

Due to the pandemic, we will all need to sign up individually. PLEASE do not sign up for this shift unless you will definitely be able to make it. No-shows are hugely detrimental to Community Servings accomplishing their mission. Volunteers are not easy to replace on short notice. No-shows or cancellations within less than 72 hours will be tracked by Community Servings.

TO SIGN UP: Go to https://www.servings.org/volunteer_calendar/ and navigate to December 2021. Select the evening shift on December 31. Input your information and hit "save."

Community Servings' mission is to actively engage the community to provide medically tailored, nutritious, scratch-made meals to chronically and critically ill individuals and their families.

Volunteers will help prepare and package meals for critically ill patients. Volunteers can expect to help with tasks like peeling and chopping vegetables, portioning and packaging food, and packing meal bags for delivery.
