Code review is an integral part of software development. Did you know there is a science to that art? While there’s no wrong way to review code, there certainly are some right ways to augment your existing code review process. In this talk we will analyze 10 different ways you can analyze a piece of code. We’ll use real examples and provide you with an actionable take-home on how to start doing better code reviews today.

The Simplest Guide To D3
D3 is intimidating. In this talk, we’ll discuss the fundamentals of D3 in a way that makes it approachable. We’ll look at some core concepts such as how svgs work and how D3 binds data to html. We’ll even look at some interactive CodePens so you can even write D3 code in the middle of the talk.

Bob Cavezza is a proven software engineering leader. He is a manager, architect, and engineer. He has made his career at the intersection of software development and product. In his current role as Director of Product Engineering at FINCURA, he leads a team of engineers building the next generation of software that is taking over the commercial lending space.
