Roundarch Isobar hiring an Associate User Experience Director!

A former member
Post #: 33
Roundarch Isobar is currently looking to add to our User Experience Group. To apply please contact me directly at rwankovsky AT

User-centered design is core to how we conceive, design, and deliver innovative digital experiences at Roundarch Isobar. Every member of the User Experience team – from the most junior designer to our most senior UX leadership – works in close collaboration with our counterparts in other disciplines, as well as with our clients. Together, we create solutions that always function from the user perspective.

We value people who have a passion for great design, relish tackling complex problems, are able to communicate ideas effectively, and are eager to learn and adapt to new technologies, industries, and methods. At Roundarch Isobar we expect our user experience practitioners to be hands-on at every stage of the process. They must be able to conduct discovery work in order to understand our users and the challenges at hand, and then translate those audience needs and business objectives into both a short- and long-term user experience vision. Finally, by applying user testing and other techniques, our user experience professionals must be able to set a course for continuous, iterative improvement.

We certainly don’t expect anyone to have experience across the entire discipline. That’s why we provide mentorship and training opportunities to ensure everyone has the resources they need to be successful.
