Feeling the need for speed? Come join the Mario Kart crew at Balance Patch for some drifting action! The main event will be Knockout Tour, the new mode exclusive to Mario Kart World. Race until the next checkpoint, where the bottom 4 players will be eliminated! Lose and you'll drop into the Chaos Gauntlet, where Kamek runs rampant and enemies invade the track. Can you survive the gauntlet and claw your way back to the finals?
There will also be a side event for Mario Kart 64. The grand prize for each Kart champion is a free ticket to GaymerFest!
Signups start at 7pm, MK World tournament starts at 7:30pm.
Balance Patch is a gaming cafe in Allston at 1031 Commonwealth Ave. Head to the area in the back and sign up for Mario Kart! Food and drinks are available to help recharge your boost.
