ZM Karaoke - WATSOK 06-25-2025

June 25th. Wednesday After Third Saturday Online Karaoke (WATSOK).

I have scheduled our next Online Meetup for Wednesday, June 25th 2025 from 7 pm to 9 pm Eastern time.

The ZOOM link will be added to the event posting 6 hours before the event.

BEFORE THE MEETUP:
You can Set up a temporary room in https://w2g.tv (Watch2gether) to test your You Tube links to make sure the links work on Watch2gether. (Note: some YouTube videos do not allow playing from the Watch2gether window, so we try to avoid them.)

DURING THE MEETUP:
We will use ZOOM and Watch2gether to play our songs. YOU MUST HAVE 2 TABS OPEN !!! We will be using Watch2gether to play Karaoke videos. We will be using Zoom for the online meeting. Basically, we all hear the music and background vocals from Watch2gether and hear the singer from Zoom. You will need to have both a web browser open for the Watch2gether along with the Zoom window at the same time. (Note: this can be somewhat challenging depending on what device you use.)

If you are using Watch2gether for your song, you will post the YouTube link into the Watch2gether Chat (lower right side of w2g window)

You can also play YouTube links on your own computer and sing that way. We suggest you disable noise canceling on your device while you are singing, then re-enable it afterwards to reduce internet echoing.

If your song is not available in video then try it A Capella, always a welcome choice :)
