This event is over a month away (update: Now less than a week! ;)), but I wanted everyone to save the date because this promises to be a fantastic performance in a very cool setting. Everything Helios Early Opera has done so far has been fantastic imo and if you haven't seen them yet, I hope you can make it out for this!

Cavalli’s 1657 comedy receives its American premiere in an original new staging by Aria Umezawa. Full of mistaken identities and beautiful music, this playful work features a unique instrumental ensemble and truly surprising music.
