Tour and demo of colonial-era printing

After speaking with one of the staff at the Printing Office of Edes & Gill -- "Boston’s only colonial-era printing experience" -- I've been able to determine that they have an opening later this month for a tour and colonial-era printing demo at their facility, adjacent to Old North Church in Boston. Could I ask you to tell me what date or time would best suit you of the following options? This is a VERY family-friendly event. The cost for adults will vary, but should not be more than $15/ per. The rate for persons under the age of 18 will not be more than $5/per. Given the responses by the end of this week, I'll be able to pin down a time and send out invitations for people to sign up. For more information about Edes& Gill, please visit

What author should we examine in a reading seminar?

At reading seminars, attendees share and discuss works of a single author, for the purpose of increasing each other's understanding and appreciation of that author. The conversation is kickstarted by a brief talk from the host, who then moderates the discussion.

What kind of development workshop would you like to attend in Fall 2012?

Though we've come together hundreds of times as writers, our group has yet to embark on more ambitious programming. Time to change the record. Let the organizers know what kind of meeting YOU'd like to attend in Fall 2012, and we'll put it together!
