View relatives of the dinosaur-era tree ferns and cycads, various epiphytic air-plants, Swiss-cheese leaf philodendrons, food and spice plants such as ginger, cinnamon and coffee. A concentration of botanical exotica in a one-of-a-kind structure that has been restored to its original 1915 appearance. Reopened to the public last December after an extensive 3-year renovation, the building is receiving rave reviews. Unfortunately, the number of permitted sign-ups to this tour must be limited.
