Vibratory Attunement and Potluck Lunch

We are excited to invite you to join us in the mutual work of spiritual healing and harmony. This beautiful work is open to the public.

Vibratory Attunement is a participatory group meditation utilizing the correlation of color with Qabalistic chanting of Divine formulas. This work has a healing and balancing effect, benefitting ourselves and the
world.
Instruction and practice of these Qabalistic Techniques will precede the ritual, so that we become more effective in our work together.
12:00pm: Presentation & Practice
12:30pm: Break for light refreshments
1:00pm: Vibratory Ritual Performance
Attendees are welcome to arrive as early as 11am to help set up the potluck.

For the Potluck:
If planning to bring something to share with the group please let us know what you intend to bring by emailing botapdx@gmail.com with the subject line "Potluck"
Keep it simple: Food items that do not need to be heated or cooked, and require very little clean up (e.g. veggie platters, cheese, bread, nuts, crackers, nut butters, fruit, cookies, chips, etc.)
Vegan and gluten-free options are also encouraged.

Parking: Unless you have limited mobility, please find street parking around 54th or 55th ave. The church parking lot is very small, so please leave spaces open for those who need them.

Arriving at St Marks: Please enter from north parking lot, behind the church, first door on the right. Look for “BOTA Meeting” sign. If locked, ring the white doorbell.
