Meditation is actually an integral part of our life. Did you know that we slip into meditation every day for some periods of time naturally? • What actually does meditation mean? • How does meditation affect our day to day life? • Do you need to put an effort into meditation or does it just happen effortlessly? • How does one actually meditate? Come find out answers to all these questions at our Meditation Made Easy session! The session would be 60 minutes long with 20-25 minutes of breath-work and meditation. At the end of our session, for the participants who wish to explore more we also offer a chance to sign up for an optional 3-day paid breath-work and meditation workshop.
