I have wanted to invest in real estate for years but did not do anything till I found a local group of like minded real estate investors!
I love it when we get together for networking with different professionals (lenders, realtors , loan officers, wholesaler, general contractors and others), visiting flip projects and learning about how it was done, playing cash flow game and other games for fun!
In 2018 I participated in 10 different real state transactions (3 flips, land development, 4 plex in Tacoma, 12 houses in Indiana and more)
