Allison Jackson of the Colorado Agrivoltaic Learning Center will present on Agrivoltaics—the simultaneous use of land for both solar energy generation and agriculture. Allison Jackson is the Education and Policy Manager for the Colorado Agrivoltaic Learning Center. Allison has a Bachelor's degree in environmental science from Indiana University and a Master’s degree in secondary science education from Northwestern University. Allison then worked as an environmental consultant in Chicago and taught secondary science for 10 years. Her focus for the past three years has been to educate students and policymakers about the benefits of agrivoltaics and how it can be more widely accepted and adopted.
