I’m very excited to announce that Johnathan Hsieh from Cloudera (http://www.cloudera.com/) is coming out to present on the new Cloudera CDH4 release as well as give some HBase operations tips and techniques from his HBaseCon presentation (http://www.hbasecon.com/sessions/supporting-hbase-how-to-stabilize-diagnose-and-repair/).
Cloudera, (http://www.cloudera.com/) a pioneer in providing Hadoop and Hadoop services to organizations, is coming out to give a preview of their latest release CDH4, Cloudera Enterprise 4, which includes Cloudera Manager 4 and Hbase. CDH4 is major leap forward in the evolution of CDH, the world’s most widely deployed distribution of Apache Hadoop in commercial and non-commercial environments.

About the Speaker
Jonathan Hsieh is a Software Engineer with Cloudera, currently focused on the Apache HBase project. He is an Apache HBase committer and PMC member, as well as a committer on the Apache Sqoop (incubating) project, and a committer and founder of the Apache Flume (incubating) project. Jonathan has an M.S. in Computer Science from University of Washington and also has an M.S. and a B.S. in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Carnegie Mellon University.
