Sugarloaf Mountain Off Road Day Trip (easy trail)

Our first event!

Meeting spot and time:

Trail info:
The trail is point-to-point, should take about 1 - 1.5 hrs to complete, and will drop us off on State Highway 72, north of Nederland. Rated by TrailsOffroad as a 2 (easy). I haven't personally done this trail, but I expect anything with ok ground clearance should do just fine. If you have 4Lo, I don't think you'll need it here.

Weather:
As of 10/14, looks like we may be getting a bit of snow this weekend (10/19), but 10/26 still looks good. Keep an eye on updates in case the forecast changes - we will cancel the event if it snows or is otherwise bad up there.

What to bring:
Bring snacks, water, and a full tank of gas!

Optional:
If anyone is interested in doing something slightly more challenging, Gordon Gulch (rated a 3 and estimated to take 2 hrs to complete) is easily accessible near the end of Sugarload Mountain Road. Depending on weather and timing, I may continue on to Gordon Gulch to scope it out.
