Tuesday Night Yoga with Angela Bereski

Are you in need of self-care, stress relief, or general fitness? Join Angela Bereski, registered yoga teacher and licensed massage therapist, on your mat for Tuesday Night Yoga! All levels of practice are welcome; all you need is a mat or towel and an open mind!

This is a donation-based class, so donate only what you can/want! Treat yourself to a night of yoga. You can find Angela on the 3rd floor of 6658 Gunpark Drive in Gunbarrel. Make your way upstairs and get on your mat for yoga bliss. Arrive before 7pm to secure your spot!
