Most people use AI like a very polite search engine. They ask a question, get an answer, close the tab, and wonder why everyone else claims to be saving hours a week.

The hours come from repeat work — the tasks you do every week that have the same shape every time. This session is about finding yours and handing them over properly.

I'll work through three live:

  • Sorting and drafting replies to a backlog of email
  • Turning messy meeting notes into decisions and action items
  • Producing a first draft of a recurring report or proposal

Then we take a real task from someone in the session and work it through on screen. Everyone leaves with a one-page prompt sheet.

A straight word on level. This one is pitched at people who've tried ChatGPT or Claude, found the results underwhelming, and haven't worked out why. If you're already building with agents and automations, you'll find it basic — but bring a colleague who needs it, or come for the framework and tell me what I've got wrong afterwards. I'm planning a more technical session later this year and I'd rather shape it around what this group actually wants.

Free, 45 minutes, tool-agnostic. No sales pitch beyond one line at the end.
