• Bio: Joe Wojniak
  -- Joe graduated from the Colorado School of Mines with a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering in 1996
  -- He received a Master of Business Administration from Indiana University’s Kelley School of Business in 2022.
  -- Joe started his career in Quality in 1999, implementing Statistical Process Control (SPC) and kaizen improvement at Flextronics-Colorado on seven Surface Mount Technology and Thru-hole Printed Circuit Board Assembly lines.
  -- Since then, Joe has held various roles in Quality and Continuous Improvement, including Auditor and Supplier Quality Engineer in the medical device and avionics industries.
  -- Joe is a Senior Quality Engineer at Ball Aerospace in Broomfield, Colorado.
