  • Abstract:

-- ASQ represents almost every industry on earth with one common goal-to create excellence through quality.
-- Each one of us works to not only stay within the requirements of our own Quality Management Plan (QMP) but also strives to continuously improve our programs.
-- The design and construction industry is no different in this respect but is unique in that it falls into multiple overarching aspects of quality.
-- We focus on design, change management, manufacturing, audit/inspection, and customer service.
-- As such, our QMP must have procedures in place to manage all of these aspects of our work.
-- In this webinar, Mr. Bartolo will explore what a standard Quality Management Program looks like for a general contractor giving you the chance to understand the similarities and differences between your plan and ours.
