Join me for a **December Yoga Hike** — a mix of easy hiking, **standing yoga**, and **walking meditation** that will warm you up way faster than holiday chaos.

No mat needed. No yoga perfection required. Just show up, breathe, move, and let the mountains do their thing.

* Standing stretches + balance poses
* Walking meditation to reset your brain
* Good company + winter nature magic

**Bring:** warm layers, water, maybe a thermos of tea, and your most “I need this” energy.
