==================================
Talk 1: What Developers Need to Know About (the Strategy of) Security by Cole Grolmus

Description:

A wide view of strategic trends across application security, their impact, and ideas for making the most of the changes we're facing.

Bio:

Cole writes Strategy of Security and advises enterprises, startups, and investors on strategic cybersecurity projects. He was previously a Director in PwC’s Cybersecurity, Privacy, and Risk practice and the co-founder of an enterprise SaaS startup.

Talk 2: Browser History Confessional: Searching My Recent Searches by Kevin Murphy

Description:

We all only have so much working memory available in our brains. Developers may joke about spending their day composing search engine queries. The reason it's a joke is because of the truth behind it. Search-driven development is a reality.

Join me, and my actual search history, on a journey to solve recent challenges I faced. I'll categorize the different types of information I often search for. You'll leave with tips on retrieving the knowledge you need for your next bug, feature, or pull request.

Bio:

Kevin is a Software Developer who lives near Boston, Massachusetts.
Consulting a search engine for Kevin Murphy will show luxury hair care products, an actor, and a University of Chicago Economist. None of that information has much to do with me, unfortunately.
