### Topic: Conversational AI Applications
Startups, Enterprises and Consultants there is a new way to build applications in the AI era! Conversational AI is fundamentally changing how users interact with applications. From customer support assistants and voice agents to AI-powered copilots and internal productivity tools, natural language is quickly becoming the new user interface. For startups, this presents an opportunity to create more intuitive customer experiences, automate complex workflows, and bring AI-native products to market faster than ever before.
In this session, we’ll explore what it takes to move from an idea to a production-ready conversational AI application on AWS. We’ll cover the core architecture, design patterns, and best practices behind modern conversational AI.
Whether you’re building your first AI-powered application or evolving an existing product, you’ll leave with a practical framework for turning business requirements into secure, scalable conversational AI experiences that are ready for production.
