Whole foods omnivore, gluten-free. Was raw in the past. Now maybe 50% raw, including raw goat kefir.
Dance, swimming, theatre, nature, family, and yes, working. Everything inspires me in one form or another.
Being in or near water...
I became a raw eater a few years ago for increased vitality. It did not bring me vitality unfortunately. However, I did make awesome friends in this meet up group, and the food was and still is delicious and fun to make. Grateful for having learned how to make raw food. It continues to inspire my food prep and eating.

I feel really clear, light, and calm on raw foods, with an enormous enthusiasm for raw foods prep, and life as a whole.
