Train Ride (Kid-Friendly) + Vegan Picnic

Join us at the Colorado Railroad Museum for a 20 minute train ride followed by a BYO vegan lunch in the picnic area! We will be there from about 10am-noon, and we'll take the 11am train. You can buy tickets onsite, or purchase in advance here (recommended).
This event is open to families with kids, as well as adults without kids! So long as you enjoy little ones and don't mind some minor chaos. :)
Beyond the train ride, the museum also has many trains you can enter and explore, a huge model train set to watch, and an indoor exhibit area.
Please make sure all food brought is 100% vegan out of respect for the group. There is a covered area with picnic tables where we will gather to eat.

How to find us:
Meet at 10:15am on the bench in front of the library, next to the #74 train (shown in this event's photo). There are plenty of volunteers around to help if you have any trouble finding the library! Look for a tall women with a blonde buzz cut (Krimsey). We will be in this area until about 10:45am, when we will walk over to the train loading area.
