Alive at 5 is BACK Downtown!
Come celebrate with us the return of this summer concert series to the neighborhood side of the river. Alive at 5 is a total of six concerts below, all on Thursdays. For now, we're meeting up on June 5, followed by a drink and/or a nosh at The Yard, 16 Sheridan Ave The Yard - Hatchet House & Bar.

Albany’s signature free concert series premiered in the summer of 1990 with a performance by legendary folk artist Richie Havens, band has since grown into a staple of summer in the Capital Region. Showcasing a diverse lineup of big names, up-and-coming acts and the region’s most talented original artists, Alive at Five offers six weeks of free, critically acclaimed performances catering to nearly every taste.
Parking: $8 flat fee parking is available at the Quackenbush Garage (25 Orange St.) starting at 4pm. Handicap parking and EV charging spaces are available at both locations, for more information on parking options, visit www.parkalbany.com

Special ground rules in effect: No alcoholic beverages, coolers, backpacks, bags, containers, packages, thermoses, cups, bottles, cans, flasks, glass containers of any kind, recording of performances, animals or pets (excluding ADA-defined service animals). All City of Albany parks are now tobacco-free. Security personnel reserve the right to inspect any bag, container or package and confiscate any prohibited or illegal items. Any type of recording of the performance or presentation is prohibited without prior written consent. All attendees should be prepared to present age identification at any time if they intend to consume alcohol. Ground rules are subject to change without notice; exceptions made for medical or childcare reasons may be addressed individually.
