Sandy Neck and Sandbar

Note:
Start time is LAUNCH time!

This paddle will head out to Sandy Neck crossing Barnstable Harbor and checking out the Sandy Neck Village before heading around the corner and out along the sandbar to the end. Option to continue beyond to play in waves then will pause on the sandbar for short leg stretch/snack and then ride the incoming tide back.

Spray skirts, life jackets and comfort in open water required.

About 9 ish miles

Note we will be against wind on return but should be as mild as it gets.

Parking: if you do not have a Barnstable sticker can unload at the ramp and then go up the street to park facing down the hill on right above the no parking signs.
