Toby’s Island and Pocasset River

This is a Level II paddle with some open water around the outside of Toby’s Island. We will then head up Pocasset river some distance unless we can’t get under the railroad bridge( should be close to high so a ways!) and then return to Monument beach on the inside of Toby’s island.
