starting at 1130 on Saturday 02 Aug 2025. We will be going out for about 2 hours and covering about 6 - 10 miles on main trails and single track. Tips and advice on off road techniques can be given as we go.

You will need a mountain bike and a helmet, and obviously dress for the weather. I have two spare bikes,one female and one male, first come first served. We have a table booked for refreshments on completion. This will be counted as a session for those who have pre booked the block booking or £4.00 to first timers.
