We’re meeting for an outdoor boxing fitness session in Green Point Park.
This is a fun, energetic workout focused on movement, coordination, and cardio. It’s suitable for all levels — whether you’re new to boxing fitness or already active and looking for something different.

Session length: about 60 minutes.

Bring:
– water
– comfortable workout clothes
– a positive attitude

Cost: sliding scale R50–100 (pay what feels right).
