Real Estate Investing Roundtable @ Bridge & Tunnel Coffee

On Wednesday, June 18th at 9AM we'll meet at Bridge & Tunnel Coffee. We'll have a discussion focused on the critical topic of APPRAISED VALUE, with the goal of helping you prepare for your next purchase, cash-out, build, flip, traditional loan, DSCR loan, commercial loan, etc.

We hope you'll join the discussion, whether you're a seasoned investor, someone who's just starting to think on investing, or somewhere in between. If you're really not interested in investing in real estate yourself, our group isn't for you, even if you have some service or product to offer us.

Our group is casual, conversational, and roundtable in format, and intentionally a mix of experience levels. We put our heads together, give and receive priceless advice, share experiences and ideas, introduce each other to people and opportunities, and generate energy and inspiration.

Please RSVP if you plan to attend, but feel free to join us if you don't RSVP. And please feel free to bring a friend. Attendance is usually 10-20 people, and rather perfect for a group conversation.
