Hi friend. Here are the details for our November guest expert discussion.
Theme: So many strategies! Which real estate investment approaches are still viable? Which should you forget about? And why?
Guest expert: Michael Fitzgerald is a well-known, local investor who has a tremendous amount of experience with just about every investment model, including among other things long-term rental, short-term rental, multi-family, wholesaling, flipping, mobile home parks, retreat properties, and commercial. Additionally, he’s a student of real estate and wealth building in general. And he loves to mentor, share, and inspire people like you.
Limitations: Seating is limited to 20, so attendance is limited to people who aspire to invest in real estate or are already doing so.

When: Tuesday, November 25, 2025. Doors will open at 5:45 pm. Discussion will run from 6:00 – 7:45 pm (or so). No problem if you end up running late.
Where: 230 Hilliard Avenue, Suite 1, Asheville, NC 28801. This is Movement Mortgage’s office. Parking is easy and free.
Format: It won’t be a super formal presentation, but instead a guided conversation. We’ll start the meeting with everyone introducing themselves. Next, I’ll ask our guest expert some key discussion questions. After that we’ll transition to the questions you have in mind. And we’ll then wrap up with some networking.
Refreshments: We’ll provide some snacks, water, and beer. And please feel free to bring in whatever food or beverage you like.
