It’s rough out there, right? The numbers don’t come close to working right now, for most properties around here, and regardless of strategy or model.
Perhaps it’s therefore time to think differently. To take a more entrepreneurial, creative approach. To not limit ourselves to the standard, popular models.
Our guest expert for this meetup has done just that. Peter Fontaine is the owner of Prescott Auto Reserve in Hendersonville, a storage facility and club for specialty cars, which he founded a few years ago after reimagining what could be done with a commercial building.
Some topics we’ll explore include:
• identifying untapped niche demand
• repurposing or rethinking property uses
• doing business in your real estate
• generating revenue from complementary tenants
• financing your wild ideas
• taking action, planning, etc.
We’ll start off with 30-second introductions. Then I’ll work through some Q&A with Peter. After that, we’ll turn it over to you and the audience for Q&A with Peter. And when we’re done, some of us will hang out for a bit, compare notes, pick each other’s brains, etc.
Our meetups are casual, conversational, and round table in style. No membership, fees, sponsorships, sales pitches, etc.
We limit the headcount to about 20 people so that everyone gets a good opportunity to talk and connect, so please note that our meetups are intended only for people who aspire to build wealth through real estate investing, and that the meetups are not intended for people who merely want to advertise and get business.
We’ll start at 6PM sharp on Tuesday, March 24, at the following address, where parking is easy and free. And I’ll provide some snacks and beverages.
