Meetup in Tilburg - How AI is used within companies

We would like to welcome you for our next BrabantPHP meetup. This meetup will take place in Tilburg at Freshheads.
Starting time: 19:00 (with food).

Talk - How AI is used within companies
A little change in setting where we usually have a speaker talking about a topic. This time various companies will give a short talk about how they are using AI within their company. What opportunities they see and what problems they are facing. Hopefully an evening where you find solutions to problems that you are facing. Perhaps have some discussion on the ethics behind using AI. How are we going to speed up development, while keeping decent code quality, etc.

The participating companies

• TreeHouse - company behind pararius.nl and huurwoningen.nl will address how AI made it easier to try out proof of concepts, but also what new bottlenecks they are facing.
• Emprover - builds office 365 integrated saas solutions to improve team cooperation. They will talk about the tools that they use (Claude code, code Rabbit, chatgpt, copilot)
• Feel free to contact me if you want to do a 15 minute talk about AI within your company!

About the location:
The location is at the Freshheads office near the Wilhelmina park. It's within walking distance of the train station. Loads of free parking spaces are available around the building.
If you come by bicycle you are advised to park your bicycle in the backyard of the Freshheads office.

About the after party - Retro Tech Experience:
After the talk, we’ll have a special retro gaming & hardware corner hosted by Basil. Expect nostalgic early-2000s PCs running Windows XP, classic LAN vibes, and hands-on challenges like assembling a PC.
There will also be multiplayer classics like Quake 3 and Unreal Tournament available during the afterparty.
A fun throwback for everyone who grew up with early IT and gaming culture.

• spoken language is English unless not necessary;
