Games at Sip & Conquer and the Bardo Lounge

Hey all! As our relationship with Sip & Conquer evolves, we're trying a split session for this weekend. From 2pm to 5pm we'll be at Sip & Conquer, and from 5pm onwards we'll move to the Bardo. Both venues are booked and expecting us. Feel free to only come for one venue, the other, or both, and as usual, please make sure you keep your RSVPs up to date and comment if your plans change, so we can keep the numbers right with both venues.

This is the session for more tactical/strategic games, suitable for smaller groups of 3-5 players, and which may require some tolerance for an initial rules-learning session. We’ll usually have a wide variety of easy/medium/complex games available, so there should be something to suit most tastes - but if you prefer the easiest, most rules-light, sociable games, please check out our party games sessions, which take place on the 4th or 5th Sunday of each month.

We’ll aim to meet at 2pm but it’s fine to join later in the afternoon if you prefer - please just let us know your expected arrival times in the comments so that we can plan games accordingly. Sip & Conquer closes at 5pm, so please aim to finish up your first games by then, and those of us who are continuing play will move over to the Bardo Lounge. If you plan to arrive close to or after 5, head straight to the Bardo - we have our window tables booked.

The event hosts will bring a wide selection of games, but everyone is welcome to bring their own games as well, or pick from the Sip & Conquer library. Please post in the comments if there is anything you're particularly keen to play.
