What we’re about
Hi, and welcome to Bracknell and Maidenhead Board Games!
We host different types of events, including casual board gaming events, days dedicated to really in-depth strategy games, party games nights, online board gaming events, and purely social events for members.
We don't play typical family games such as Monopoly or Scrabble, or even classical strategy games such as Chess or Draughts. We mainly play modern tabletop and card games such as Pandemic, Wingspan, Scythe, Dominion, Terraforming Mars, Gloomhaven, and Brass.
If you don't know your dice tower from your deck builder then don't worry, we do welcome new members and our regular members do teach games before we play them, but you may find it easier to start off with a party games event before jumping into some of the complex strategy games. You'll also find lots of useful stuff on websites such as Board Game Geek, and plenty of videos on YouTube.
Some quick house rules:
1 - Please update your RSVP if you can no longer attend so the host and guests don't need to wait.
2 - If you're planning to come along later please post a message in the event comments.
3 - If you're bringing a guest please include in the RSVP.
4 - Have fun!

We're moving to a new weekly schedule for games at The Rondel Club with some more big news and more regular events coming very soon!
We're using Aftergame to organise games for this event, and you can see The Rondel Club here.
Regulars know that Alex has turned The Rondel Club into a fantastic gaming space that is now home to our Bracknell events. Located at Room 404 in the Easthampstead Works building, off Bracknell town centre. A short walk from the Weather Way and other car parks serving the town centre. Bay Road car park has a small number of free spaces just a few minutes walk away.
Regulars often bring a selection of games and there is our growing game library. Feel free to post game suggestions and requests in the comments.
Usual Rondel Club rules: feel free to bring any food or drink, but do keep the place clean and handle games with clean hands.
